Samsung launches two new laptops with 11th Gen Intel Core processors

With renewed focus on expanding its laptop user demographic, leading South Korean tech giant, Samsung Electronics, has reportedly launched two new laptop models, the Galaxy Book Pro as well as the Galaxy Book Pro 360. The two new offerings would fall under the company’s expansive Galaxy Book Pro series, designed to address the needs, and conform to routines of, today’s mobile-first users.

According to reports, both new laptops would be available to customers in two variants; a 13-inch notebook and a 15-inch notebook. These are Samsung's first Windows-based PCs that feature Super AMOLED displays.

TM Roh, President & Head of Samsung Electronics Mobile Communications Business, stated that the novel Galaxy Book Pro series delivers true mobile computing experience for today’s connected world, providing ultra-light, strong portability, with boundless connectivity as well as a window into the  wider Samsung Galaxy ecosystem.

According to Samsung, the Galaxy Book Pro range is powered by innovative, next-generation hardware, which includes the 11th Gen Core processor as well as Iris Xe graphics by Intel. The laptop range is also verified to Intel’s Evo platform, which signifies a market-leading power balance, always-on connectivity, immersive graphics, as well as long-lasting battery backup.

Gregory M. Bryant, the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intel’s Client Computing Group, stated that the novel Galaxy Wordbooks are the slimmest 13-inch as well as 15-inch designs of Intel Evo. They also deliver upon the Evo promises of instant wake, long battery life, and responsiveness.

The two new laptops also offer industry-leading connectivity, which includes Wi-Fi 6E and 5G capabilities, and custom Bluetooth enablement. They also include something called, Studio mode, where users can take advantage of a video call environments that can help them look according to their preferences regardless of settings.

As per reliable reports, the South Korean enterprise has not yet unveiled the availability or pricing of the new Galaxy Book Pro range.
